Shipping, returns & policies
Shipping
Prints are produced to order by our print-on-demand partner and ship from the production facility nearest you, typically within 2–5 business days of the order. Sizes up to 12×16″ ship flat; larger sizes ship rolled in a tube.
Shipping cost. Shipping is a flat $4.90 per order, however many prints it holds, and free on orders of $40 or more. It appears as its own line in the basket and at checkout before you pay — never after.
Returns & guarantees
Prints: if a print arrives damaged or with a production flaw, email a photo within 30 days for a free reprint or a refund. Because each print is made to order, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns. If something is wrong with what you got, write to us and we will sort it out.
Payment
Online orders are paid by card through our secure checkout. When online checkout is unavailable, the basket sends us your order by email and we reply with an invoice — no goods ship before payment clears. Any sales tax that applies is calculated by our payment processor and shown in the total before you pay — never added afterward.
Privacy
We collect only what an order needs: your name, shipping address, email, and the items you bought. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers. We don’t sell or share customer information with anyone except the carriers and the print partner who need it to deliver your order, and we don’t run tracking or advertising cookies — the only thing this site stores in your browser is your own basket.
The full policy, covering the plant library as well as the shop, is on the privacy page.
Terms of sale
All sales are made by Story Thyme Farms LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change with the seasons; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Live goods are sold for agricultural use and described honestly — plants are living things, and we stand behind them as described in the returns section above. Print artwork is © Story Thyme Farms LLC; purchase of a print does not transfer reproduction rights.
The terms covering the site and the plant library are on the terms page.
