About this collection
Old turkey breeds, drawn one to a plate: bourbon red, narragansett, royal palm, blue slate, jersey buff, chocolate, and the wild turkey they all trace back to. Breed names are lettered beneath each bird in script italic.
On warm white the feather patterning does the work - royal palm's black banding reads especially clean. On deep black the bronze and slate birds pick up depth and the whole set turns formal. It belongs in a mudroom, a butler's pantry, or on the wall behind the holiday table.
Bourbon red is the one to start with. Pair it with royal palm and the dark-on-light, light-on-dark contrast carries the wall.
- Matte poster, printed on demand
- Six sizes, 8x10 up to 24x36 inches
- Printed reproduction of an illustrated design - sold unframed
- Fifteen barnyard varieties plus the wild bird, so the whole family is present at Thanksgiving.
