About this collection

The third Lodge volume crosses to the Old World: capercaillie, black grouse, rock ptarmigan, chamois, alpine ibex, mouflon, wild boar, roe deer. Each animal is titled in script italic with its Latin binomial beneath.

Deep black is classic lodge decor - the grouse plumage and boar bristle sit heavy and handsome against it. Warm white lightens the whole set toward alpine daylight. A den, a bunkhouse, or a bar corner will take them.

Start with the grouse: capercaillie, black grouse, and rock ptarmigan make a strong three-print column.

  • Matte poster, printed on demand
  • Six sizes, 8x10 up to 24x36 inches
  • Printed reproduction of an illustrated design - sold unframed
  • Moor and mountain game of Europe throughout - capercaillie to chamois, wild boar to european badger.
