Coop Cleaning Day Takes an Hour, Not a Morning, With These

A putty knife at arm's length under the roost is how deep-clean day earns its reputation. A long-handled scraper peels the droppings board and the corners standing upright, with your face a civilized distance from the work. The whole strip-out drops from an hour of misery to fifteen brisk minutes.

If eyes water when you walk in, ventilation is the real fix - refresher is the bridge.

Red mites live in the cracks by day and bleed birds by night, and dusting the birds misses the point - the coop is infested, not the chicken.
