About this collection
Sixteen legumes, drawn pod and seed: scarlet runner, dragon tongue, borlotti, fava, jacobs cattle, mung, and snow pea among them. Each pod is named in script italic with its Latin binomial underneath.
Warm white gives the set the look of an old seed catalog, orderly and easy to hang in rows. Deep black turns the speckled coats of borlotti and jacobs cattle into the main event. Hang them near food - a pantry door, a breakfast nook, the wall above the canning shelves.
Start with dragon tongue and jacobs cattle if you want the two showiest seed patterns side by side.
- Matte poster, printed on demand
- Six sizes, 8x10 up to 24x36 inches
- Printed reproduction of an illustrated design - sold unframed
- Heirloom names growers actually trade - dragon tongue, jacobs cattle, scarlet runner - not just the grocery-aisle standards.
